Honey Extraction

Here are some videos and photos from today's honey harvesting with juniors from the Environmental Sustainability Committee. This afternoon, we learned about how bees make honey, how bees create a honeycomb, the purpose of honey in the hive, and the process of honey extraction. What a fun and hands-on experience!
